One of the worst dining experiences of my life. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Twenty minutes, and two check-ins later, I was given a badly burnt, and cold, "grilled cheese sandwich." I was made to feel like I was bothering the servers who were supposedly making my sandwich. Actually, they just seemed more concerned with the sorority rushes who came in about 5 minutes after my order. When I was handed my sandwich, initially, I didn't even receive an apology. It was just tossed down. I was so shocked at what they gave me, I didn't even complain. After about 5 minutes, a waitress came over and offered me free dessert because of the long wait. I guess they expected me to get back up and get in line to get my free dessert, because nobody brought me anything. I would have rather had a new sandwich or my money back. Overall, the service is slow, and bad, the food is overpriced and nothing to write home about. But it is considered a "hipster cool" kind of place to be, so if that's important to you, then eat there. I'm never going back.
