I called the national number and was told there was a four minute wait. Then i had to do a question and answer program with a computer that has understanding problems. It took 12 tries for it to understand JOHN and then after being transferred i was put on hold again. I played the answer game for more than 4 minutes so i should have been next. Instead i waited and waited and waited till my cordless phone died.
Next i looked up the local office and got a busy signal a multitude of times before the message came out the the call could not be completed. I spent most of an hour trying to get an answer to a question only to accomplish nothing more than getting the run around. If i go to the local office i will spend half a day waiting to get an answer that will take less than five minutes
